very urgent ......... I need help

Dear Admin,
I am on student visa with three of my dependants, but unfortunately my visa is rejected due to 5 years cap on graduate course, I have put my application for appeal without fee, Now court has sent me a letter to pay ( 4*140= 560 Pounds) court fee till 8th of January 2014.
I am facing serious financial difficulties, at this time I am able to pay half of court fee that is I can pay for two persons, can you please help me what should I do.
If I pay fee for two persons so what will happen with my appeal.............. The court will strike out my appear or give me one more chance to pay the court fee. I can pay the remaining fee for two dependants in 2 to three weeks time. There is no body to help me in these circumstance to borrow money. Waiting your kind reply,
