vetting form - address

Hi folks

question about vetting form
here are my "from to " in previous addresses field:
1980-2004
2004-2005
2005-2006
2006-2009
2009-2010
2010-2010
2010-2012
2012-2013
2013-present

i am not sure about line 6 : "from 2010 to 2010 ", I lived at this address for only a few months in 2010
is it filled out correctly?

Hi,

You can write down what you remember about the address, like the street and the county . I didn't remember the full address of a place I stayed in for few months and I have completed the e-vetting with no issues.

Yeah I believe you can do that. I had the same (only lived in a place for a few month within the same year) and I passed the e-vetting without problems.
