VFS global Italy Schengen

I need some advice please. I have been trying to book an appointment on VFS global for Schengen to Italy however, no appointments seem to be available, ever. I keep checking for
all 3 centres all times of the day., no luck. Does anyone know if these are released at a certain time of the day or is it a case of they are busy as it’s nearly Easter holidays? My holiday is on the 18th of May and I’m getting worried I may not have enough time. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

It's just how it is with Schengen appointments - there's few of them and a lot of demand. Not sure about the pattern for Italian VFS, but try checking regularly as of now

It appears so. I will just keep trying. Fingers crossed it gets better after Easter.
