VFS - Passport dispatched by courier...

Got this e-mail from VFS:

"The processed visa application for GWF reference number GWFXXXXXXXXX is dispatched via courier on Feb 21, 2024"

but only one issue: I never paid for the courier fee? I always planned to collect my passport from the VFS office as my province is quite remote and any courier service is likely to be slow and unreliable. Is there anything I can do here?

Additionally I've had nothing to say whether visa approved or refused? So I can't make any plans to travel until I know.

This is VFS in the Philippines.

Probably best to call the VFS office, but if it's with the courier now could be difficult to re-arrange, same in most countries. If you get a message from the courier there may be an option to vary delivery.

Oh dear, they're extremely difficult to contact. No number available or e-mail address. I would just need a tracking number to contact the couriers. If it is with the courier. So confusing

Check your email for decision letter.

Keep trying from both ends I.e. get tracking from courier
And efforts to reach VAC. You probably got the freebie of the year.
