I don't think its necessary to prompt victoria in this manner.
She has a job you know and the help she provides here is above and beyond the call of duty.

Things are a little crazy...seven days until Christmas, a hearing a week on Friday, about six applications which have to be out and another hearing to prepare for on the 5th January...current clients have to take priority over e-mails.

I will get around to it when I can. Apologies, but please understand.
