I was offered a job in Spain. But my husband can't move right now ( he doesn't speak any Spanish and can't find any job there)

***Am I allowed to work there? (I have Stamp 4 EU Fam Card)
***Do we need to clear with Spanish Embassy or Irish Immigration (since we got married in Ireland)

He would move there in 6 months and visit me every month.
