Schengen for dependant who is new in UK

Hi all,

We need to apply for schengen from France.
First of all, do i need to book 2 appointments from TLSContact? One for me and one for my wife?

Secondly, my wife just arrived to UK few days a go so she is unemployed and doesn't have 3 months UK bank statement.

Are my bank statements and proof of income good enough?
