Applying for permanent residence

hi guys just need help with this
wife is an E.U (spanish) national she is going to be here working for 5 years next month.
can she apply for eea permanent residence card if yes than can i apply with her at same time because i am her husband?
i am a non E.U national holding residence card for one year thanks.
If any one have done this please share your experience any help will be much appreciated.

i believe you have applied eea2 . and been issued residence card for family members of eu citizen ,for permanent residence you have to wait 5 years . you can not apply after one years permanat residence.
and eu citizen after 5 years of residence can apply for PR .AS FAR AS THEY fulfill they requirements like exercising treaty rights etc .
