Immigration to Belgium for work

Hi,

I have some questions.
I got a job-offer, then a work permit for Belgium, the company sent me a copy of the approval document.
I need to apply for the visa now, and i have there questions:

1- Is the work permit request approval enough at the embassy? or i need to original permit to apply
2- for my family, can i apply for them now, or i must wait till i get there and get the residence
3- the apply process, is it a routine or there is an interview with questions?
