I have a question regarding planned trip to Malta,I`m Bulgarian citizen and my wife is Serbian ,she have Bulgarian residence permit valid for a year.We are planning to work in Malta,we bought tickets for March 22th flying from Sofia.Do you think that she might have some problems with immigration along the way?We bought one-way tickets..we are staying with friend family(until we find apartment to rent),we have sufficient funds for 3-4 month.We are want move permanently to Malta. Serbian citizens does not require VISA to enter Malta...they can stay up to 90 days.And once we are there I will start working,and then she will be able to stay and work as a EEA Family member ....this is our plan.What kind of documents we need to bring ,and what are the most common problems that may occur?
