self employed in belgium

hello there.
well i'm romanian citizen & want to settle in belgium as self employed.
i have read all about ,that how it will work but its still not clear to me.
the question if i can live there as a self employed parson...& i can bring my wife with me..what would be my wife's status in belgium(as she is moldovian,non eu).can she able to work or she need work permit& if she need work permit ,
pls help me out.

The rules in Belgium are the same as in any other EU member State.

Yes, you can settle as self employed. Just present u business and financial plan, showing you are going to have some profit.

Yes, your wife can join you at the same time, even if the is not Romanian.
