Multy-Entery Visa to Shengen countries

Hi! I am a Russian Citizen have British residence married to British Citizen. We are planning to go to Venice later this year and next year travel around Europe . Question how I can get multi-entry visa to Schengen countries when applying for Italian visa? What form should I use I can`t find it. Please help.

try Italian embassy website. I am certain they have a link to a form. Udachi!
