Type of visa for job interview in Netherlands

Hi Folks

I need to appear for a job interview in Netherlands and i would be receiving invitation letter from the prospective employer to appear for interview.

Queries as below

What type of visa should i apply business or tourist?

There is a requirement to provide employer letter i can get the letter from my employer but on my visa page will it mention the type as business visa as at this moment i don't want to disclose my employer that i am appearing for an interview

Please advise.
