Can I work in any EU country with a Finland permit?

Can I work in any EU country with a Finland permit?

Hi,

I am an Indian citizen and my company has processed my Finland work permit. I have a permit to work for 1 year and it is a B type permit.
1. Is it possible to switch employers on this permit?
2. and does this permit allow me to work in Finland alone or can I work in any EU country (except UK and Ireland)?

Finland only.

So I guess it is possible to change employers in Finland only. 86ti, could you please send me a link that talks about this. I am unable to find it.
