Does Transit visa required for Germany from UK

Do we need a trasit visa if we are planning to travel India from UK( With ILR Status) through Germany( Munich/Frankfurt)

ILR status is not relevant.

If you are just changing planes without leaving airside you won’t need a visa. Check with your airlines what the modalities are.

Indian citizens do need an airside transit visa if transiting via Czechia, Germany, France, Romania and Spain.

Assuming that you are an Indian citizen (judging from the flag on your profile), you will need an airside transit visa. Alternatively try avoiding flying via those countries.

Your ILR status is domestic to the UK and is completely irrelevant to the question at hand. That was the case even before Brexit.
