i am living in one of asian countries and i want to give schengen visa with suitable payment

if anyone can provide this visa or know agency or someone that can do this service plz tell me that i contact with him or her.

You will have to contact the embassy/consulate or their visa application centre that is responsible for your area. Visa agencies also may operate just locally and not all embassies allow application through them. Without telling us where you live it won't be possible to help you much.
