I AM A SOUTH AFRICAN SPOUSE OF A BRITISH CITIZEN, WE PLAN TO SETTLE IN FRANCE. WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO SUBMIT FOR FRENCH RESIDENCE CARD?
