If a Pakistani man marries a European Girl,How many years visa he will get?
What will be procedure?
Will he need to apply certificate of approval?
How many years visa he will get?

if the girl is from the A8 countries and doesn't have a registration certificate EEA1, he will get FMRS which is for one year and can be renewed for another five EEA2. Otherwise i.e. if she is an A8 national and has an RC or is national of an EEA country other than A8, he can apply for EEA2 straight away.

CoA I think yes since Pakistan is not an EEA member country or part of the British Isles :)
