Non EU student to get a visa for wife during study

Hi
I am a Non EU citizen and have been granted a full scholarship to study at the Netherlands. I also want to bring my wife along during my term of study and I can prove my financial means to support my wife.

Is it possible to do so? and what kind of visa do I have to apply for?
