I was wondering if anyone can assist me please:

-I am a South African and my wife is Lithuanian. If i want to visit Lithuania do i need a Schengen visa? Or do i get a special permit for Lithuania?

I am currently on a six month eea family permit.

Since you are a Schengen visa national you will need a visa. I suggest to visit their webpage for further details.
