Austria Family Permit

Hello,

My girlfriend and I want to get married soon. She's Austrian and I'm Brazilian. I wonder if I will be able to get a permit then, I'm 19 and she's 18. I've heard there's a certain law that we both have to be 21 in order for that to happen..? Is that true or will I be able to get a permit and live there?

Yes, the age limit does apply. But it doesn't in European law if you wanted to live together in another member state. Regarding Austrian law better to seek help on an Austrian forum but I see that you have done so already.
