Schengen Visa for parents of British Children

Post by TC » Sun Oct 03, 2010 8:12 pm

Hi there, I and my wife are Indian Passport holders with Indefinite Leave to Remain in UK. My two children are British Passport holders(aged 1 and 3 years). I am planning to apply for Schengen Visa in French Embassy. Do I have to pay a fees or is the Visa free for both me and my wife as family members of British Citizens?
I have tried reading the information on their website but it is not clear to me and hence this post. Any help is welcome.
Thanks.

This information which is from Czech Republic Embassy made me wonder if I am included in the 'family member'. There should not be discrepancy between different Schengen Countries.
