Great question. I know of none, at least not any that I have seen that are web based.

Yes, that's why I thought I'd ask around here.. usually googling stuff works for me but I'm stumped on this one.

I'd like to get into some serious in-depth debates about the interpretation of specific rulings from the ECJ but I seem to lack willing sparring partners so I figured there'd be a few practising attourneys-at-law ripping it up on their spare time somewhere on the interwebs..
