Czech emmigration

hi everyone i just needed clarification on something
my dad wants to move to europe from pakistan because well the country is becoming more destabilized by the day
so the family's been doing some research and my cousin found out from somewhere that you can move to the czech republic as an investor by paying 12000 euros and i just wanted to confirm this so if anyone has some info please help me out
also in such a situation what are the other requirements and limitations because for one thing my dad is 52 so that might count against him and even though im 19 i probably wont be emigrating because of my university
please can anyone shed some light on this problem?

I do not know about Czech Republic. But 12000 euros seems too low. I would expect it to be more on the order of 100,000+ euros. Be very careful of a scam and the possibility of loosing all your money.
