This board is designed to help in immigration-matters.

If you ask a specific questions there can be specific answers.

You are not even asking a question, so it´s unclear to me what you expect...?

All your post tells us is that "someone" obviously wants to "go to Lithuania". That leaves quite a lot to our imagination

Maybe you should read the >>"read before you post / netiquette / choosing your title" - post<< first, and then elaborate a little more detail?
