Schengen tourist visa with a British partner

Hi guys, I am travelling with my boyfriend to Italy for 3 days. He is British, so I will be the only one to apply for the Schengen tourist visa.

The thing is we have booked all flight tickets and hotel together, so all the bookings will show the name of 2 people. In this case do I need to include any document of him eg. photo of his passport etc. in my application?

Also with regards to bank statement does that mean I have to show enough balance for 2 people? In this case, do they count the balance of everyday in the last 3 months, or just the ending balance?
