Tax deduction for work visa holders

Post by skhan » Tue Dec 13, 2005 10:41 am

Hi all,

What is approximate tax deduction if someone is on work visa in Ireland. Is there any difference for married and unmarried? what about if someone has child?

Thanks & Regards.

[Moderator edit (John) : I have moved this from UK employment to the Europe area where it is more appropriate. If you actually mean Northern Ireland, rather than the Republic of Ireland then do let me know.]

If it is the Republic of Ireland, then I'd suggest finding the Irish Revenue authority website. Start at http://www.irlgov.ie
