Invitation letter for spouse or reunion visa for Germeny

Dear All,

I am working and living in the Germany on work visa. I am basically from india. I want to invite my wife to germany and I need to write invitation letter for her visa.

If anyone have sample format of invitation letter for spouse then please let me know.
