Hi
My cousin is planning to apply for HSMP soon. He is currently in the process of gathering all the information in order to support his application. He is just confused on one matter that is:
He has worked for his current company for just over 5 years now. During his first 3 years he was just an employee and then was given the chance to join his company as a director. Since he became director, does this mean he became self-employed?
Also, regarding the letter from the company, does he need letter confirming he was an employee in the first 3 years and then a director? Also, he did not go to university so has no graduate qualification. Does the letter need to state that his role in the company is one of someone who is of graduate level?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
