Past Earning & Part II Evidences

Hi all,

The efforts done by this forum is realy appriciatable as this forum is serving really good for people like me.

I planning to file my HSMP case by next two months and now a days collating the necessary documents. Regarding Past earning two peices of evedences I am considering last twelve months wage slips and letter from employer, plus tax return document.

I've gone through the case worker guide and found that the wage slip should be either on campany letter head or if on normal paper should be endorsed by employer. Now yy question is that I have my wage slips not on company letter head, should it be endorsed by our cheif accountant or by HR Manager. Same goes for second evedence that full wage certificate should be from finance department or by HR.

Regarding Part II, I've seen some previous postings, which cleared a lot of doubts. But regarding English language proficiency, letters from University and previous schools stating all acadamic qualication was attained in English will be enough or have to undergo from IELTS. Also what is the significance of this question will the answer require just yes or anyone can get rejected on its basis.

One or two liner answer is requested.
