Is Statutory maternity pay considered public funds

Post by OFCHARITY » Sun Oct 22, 2006 2:23 am

Hello

Just a quick question. If a person on an hsmp visa becomes pregnant and claims statutory maternity pay, would that that be considered as accessing public funds?

Ofcharity, Smit is right. Indeed nothing at all maternity related is on the Public Funds list.

So totally OK to have free NHS dentistry (assuming of course you can find an NHS dentist!) ...etc etc.
