Past Earnings query

Post by srikp » Tue Nov 14, 2006 1:27 pm

I have been searching different threads, but didn't find answers to what I was looking for. So, here's the situation.

Background info:

My CTC is 6 lacs p.a.

My monthly gross sal is coming to 4,00,000 appx. for the past 9 months in this company.

I earned about 75,000 appx. in my previous organization for the remaining 3 months.

So, my total earnings are 4,75,000 for the last 12 months.

And, that's not good enough for me to claim the points I wanted - I needed 6001 pounds band - about 5,17,000 appx.

My question(s):

1. Usually, will the caseworker divide the CTC by 12 and multiply by the number of months I have worked?

Or,

Do they normally add up the monthly gross earnings as shown in the pay slips until the period I have shown evidence?

2. Can I show my reimbursements (relocation, allowances for travel, etc) as part of my salary through my company's bank account proof? (It's not on my pay slips - but into the reimbursement account of the company.)

3. I have been in the UK for a month during this period when I was paid about 800 pounds by this current company - but that's not on my salary account - it's on a different account too. Can I show that or will it not be considered?
I was reading here that didn't clearly mention about it:

Thanks in advance.

dear,
they add up the earnings on the payslips for 12 months.
if the conveyance is not in pay slips they dont consider.
your sal should be within the limits mentioned in their notes.
