Hi,

On the application for extension of HSMP I would like to know:

1. Q16 "Your HSMP Reference number" where do I find this number? Is this the VAF No on my Visa?

2. Q17 "Your home office reference number"-is this the number on the letter I got for my HSMP application approval from the home office, before my entry clearance was issued?
