return of certificates

Post by krishnakishore » Wed Feb 14, 2007 4:33 pm

Hi,

I have applied for HSMP on 10th JAN and sent a mail to HSMP team on 12th FEB. Today I got a reply saying that Decesion has been made on my application and decesion letter has been dispatched on 12th FEB. I don't know what happened to my certificates and other documents I submitted? Will they be sent along with the decesion letter? Or can I arrange for courier pickup? They didn't inform me till I queried them. I don't know the decesion yet.

Mine is out of country application (From India)

Thanks,
Kishore

hey krishna ....

They would be sending all your documents along with the decision letter.

If you wanted the courier pick up you should have intimated them as soon as you got your ref number.

Now that they have sent across your documents by Air mail ,, arrange for a prompt pick up when it arrives at your correspondence address mentioned in your application.

Also not this delivery will not be a signed delivery , if there is no one to recieve at the time then all your documents will be left in your premises unattended.

Also to note that the average time taken for Air mail to reach indian citites sis around 6 working days .....
