Any thoughts!!

When I applied for HSMP , I didnot completed my masters Hence, I did not claimed for Masters points but now I have completed my masters...Supposing my HSMP application got rejected due to not enough points and if I re-apply for HSMP along with additional points for my masters:

a) will I get the new case no. or would it be the same as earlier application ?

b) This time how much time it will take to process my application, will it again take another 4-5 months to consider my case ?

if they rejects it, you reappeal with your master degree and claim for more points. appeal takes 2/3 weeks to process, much faster than reapply

Raoms,

As far as I know, HSMP team do not accept more evidences for a review and hence no charge for the same case. So In my opinion, he should try to call them and find out with them directly. I don't think they will change his form themself. So RAJ if you got rejection, you have to reapply (6 months wait I think) with new form mentioning your score for education.

Other comments may confirm either me or Raoms suggestions.
Regards,
Afzal

raoms,
You cannot appeal with additional information, that is reapply. Re-appeal is done with same information but maybe some additional clarifications to enable the case-worker to understand your data better. :?:
