for masters degree evidence, bs degree diplom also needed ?

hi all,

if claiming for ms degree do we have to put originals of both bs.degree and ms.degree or ms.degree is only will work ?

and one another question is: if they don't accept the ms degree according no naric,will they count as bs degree or what comes out from the equalytation ?
