If I provide HSMP team the job offer, will it only helpful for speedup the process or it may also influence the case worker to give me the points where he would be having little hassle to give otherwise i.e. I have claimed 50 points for experince under 28, do u think it will help him if i provide him the job offer of 50K GBP in UK.

or lets say will it influence him for consider the currency conversion rate of the time when i actually earned the salary instead of the rate when I applied for hsmp.

i requested them to consider the conversion rate of the time when i atually earned but i am not sure whether they will listen to me.

so what is the opinion of you people , will job offer help on the above mentioned to get the claimed points.

as per my understanding it should help them know my credibility by showing the salary of 50K and they can link with my earler experience and give me the senior level experience points.

please tell me the same.

I think the reason you're not getting replies is because your query concerns things which we cannot predict. The job offer will speed up your process up to about 6 weeks. If you have claimed 50 points you should prove senior level experience. Your job offer for senior level salary might be a good addition but you should have provided what they want - the referneces from your manager/company proving that you had the senior level position. I mean your job offer might be the last bit to prove this but you need the main evidence. The job offer whitout the main evidence will not do. And have in mind that this is just a suggestion, your caseworker might be a completely different person and might not think the same.
