Hai,

My name is written in all the documents as VEERA S Please suggest me what i will write in Surname/Family name as S or Srinivasulu [ Father's Name] and first name as VEERA

since all my certificates has VEERA S . S means my father's name. Please suggest me what would be written in Surname/Family name and First Name.
