They imposed objection on me that I provided them false documents .According to them my last extension time income do not match with SA302. According to my tax return I used capital allowance which is not shown on SA302. According to HMRC ,it is my legal right to use net profit as capital allowance. On capital allowance, there is no tax. Home office case worker did not understand these thing and refuse my ILR. If anyone else have same experience, please guide me. I am very worried.
