This is my first post... Hope someone can help me
I am in UK working on SEGS visa which is due to expire in mid June 07. I am going to make a HSMP application on 9th may 07, which gives me about 5 weeks to get the response from home office. But if I dont get it before 5 weeks my SEGS will expire... What will I have to do then? Apply for FLR? If FLR on what basis? I am really confused...If someone would help me I would really appreciate it.
