Tier1 General 90 days entry count towards 180 days absence

HI gurus,

I am new to this forum and really happy to see people helping each other, i have one question related to absences for the first year as my total absences from Jun2009 to Jun2010 which are 226

MY absence days for
64 (due to late arrival but with 90 days hreashold)
162 (multiple reasons business, outside UK job, personal leave )
Total absent days is 226 days for first year

My dates are
06 JUne 2009 (Entry Clearance)
08 Aug 2009 (First enrty into UK)
06 Jun 2013 (ILR due)

My question is am i eligible for the ILR or not, As you can see i arrive within 3 months of my entry clearnce , will those days be counted as absence or not ?
If those days are not counted as absence i am within threshold of 180 days, if they are counted as absences i am above the threadhold so i am confused whether these days are counted or not in my case.

I am searching forum but could not get anyone with scenerio like me, here both rules within 90 days entry (not counted as absence) and total 180 days absence in 12 month period are in conflict so whch rule has the precedence ?

hi Nikki,

If the first entry is within 90 days the whole period is counted towards being peseent in UK and not as absences , if more than 90 days then they are counted as absences.

What is the case of Employment out of UK. Please could you explain and what is the result , what proofs you submitted and what are the questions.
