Birth Certificate translation and notarized copy of passport

hi i have applied to HO for initail hsmp approval,i just want to knew from forum that HO dont accept tranlsation from pakistan or india,as my certificate is translated from pakistan and notarised from there too,even though i also send my notarsied passport copy which is done by uk notarised body.
In exceptional i write that i m sending u my birth certificate as its available in my village along with english translation but in addition i m sending my passport notarised copy also to confirm my age points.
do u think that its enough or its neccessary that i must send a english copy from uk translator to them bcz i think additional document can be send by contacting them,
