Getting entry clearance from India instead of extension within UK, will it reset ILR clock for dependents?
My family goes for holiday in India every year anyway and I planning to get them their entry clearance done from there instead of getting them extended from here along with me, the difference in visa fee can pay for the holidays with still some extra cash left.
My ILR is due in Nov-15 and I have to get another extension to fill a 6 months gap.
Do we have anyone with the first hand experience of ILR and entry clearance from outside UK?
