ILR from Tier 1 General

Hi,
I got my Tier 1 general Visa on 12 Aug 2010 for 2 Years. I Came in UK on 6 Oct 2010.
Then I got Extension for 3 years till 12 Aug 2015.
I need information for the following points.
1. Can I apply for ILR in July End or 1st week of August of 2015?
2. Or I need to go for Another extension to complete 5 years.
3. If Extension required then, Do I need to apply it before April 2015?
4. My Wife joined me in March 2011, Can she also apply ILR with me or she also need another extension to complete her 5 years?

Yes you can apply 28 days before to 12 Aug 2015

No need another extension

N/A

She can apply ILR with you
