Please let me know your experiences if your landed after 3 months of Visa stamping...Please let me know from where i need to collect???
If VFS told you that you have to travel within 3 months, then I imagine that's the way it is.
So, it sounds like the notice you gave your employer will mean that you'll arrive in the UK more than 3 months after the start of your visa? What's your relationship with your employer like? Is it possible to shorten the notice you gave?
In my case, I gave unofficial notice when I first applied for HSMP, then I gave slightly more definite notice when I got initial approval...then I gave definite verbal notice when I got EC approval and *finally*, I submitted a written resignation about 2 weeks ago, just for formality.
But net net, my boss constantly told me that if I needed to change my leave date, that was fine. So my point is, unless you're contractually obligated to the notice you've already given, I would like to think your employer is reasonable enough to allow you to change it.
