Hi All,
Plz i need a help. I have Tier 1 general visa. my 5 years is completed in 25 march 2016. I have applied a extension before 6 April. But case worker refuse my case because he is not satisfies from my self employment. If i go to JR in the mean while can i apply for my ILR after 25 March 2016. HO accept my period from 12-08-2015 to 25-03-2016. Because my AR refused on 11-08-2015.

If you have completed 5 years on 25 March then why did you apply for extension when you could apply for ILR?

If you have been given the right to a second administrative review but you do not submit another administrative then you will become an overstayer after 14 days from 11-Aug-15.
If you do submit another administrative review within 14 days, your leave will remain extant until the decision of the decond review is communicated to you. You will become an overstayer from the day after such communication.

Applying for JR will not make your illegal stay as an overstayer legal ... unless the JR judge rules the Home Office decision to refuse your application as unlawful.
