Extension Salary Calculation...

I am in 1+3+?, and am considering to apply for extension. I have a full time permanent job and a part time job. From the guidance, I can calculate the total income from two jobs.

My question is:

Is it enough to provide them

For the permanent job: original pay slip and bank statement with
net salary income

For the part time job: original payslip and a company headed letter confirm the income?

Do HO need further evidence such as tax return or certificate from authority of tax?
