HSMP Approved, Student Visa , can i work ? without HSMP(FLR)

Hello,
my current leave to remain expires in april 2008 and i have been approved for HSMP under the MBA Provision. Do i need to apply for the HSMP(FLR) to begin working or can i take up employment and submit the HSMP(FLR) sometime early next year?
any official link in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Yes U need to apply for HSMP(FLR). The FLR is which give the right to work, not your HSMP approval or sutdent VISA.
