India Vs NARIC

Post by timefactor » Thu Apr 01, 2004 1:29 pm

Hi all,

Just read from one of the BB that one of HSMP application was rejected because the university (bharatidasan) is not listed in www.naric.org.uk.

is it advisable to get the confirmation from naric before applying for HSMP?

thoughts welcome

cheers

Yes it helps confirm that your qualifications are considered as equivalent to those for the UK thus giving you the relevant points in the education scoring matrix. We have noted many posters especially from the subcontinent claim points for Masters = 25 but only get awarded 15 points as their national qualification is considered equivalent to a UK bachelors.
