FLR After Two Years HSMP.

I m in UK on 2 years HSMP visa. and my extension is due at the end of this year.

Can some one please tell me how many years of extention i will be granted if i will be able to clear pass marks. or it depends upon case worker discretion.

and 2nd i came on old rules now which critria i will be come in.

As u have been in 2+3 year scheme, u would probarbly get further extension of 3 years.

Thanks for your reply. do you have any idea that Is it depends upon discretion of case worker or its a standared thing that everyone would get 3 years extension anyway?

and will i be fall in old rules or new one ????

Its not on case worker's discretion. Its standard practise for every body.
You have to go on new rules not old ones. You have to score of 75 min or have to go through transitional arragments.

Do you think is it eassy to get pass marks or its going to be very difficult.
